The Bible is taught in a clear, practical way—helping you navigate stress, relationships, purpose, and everyday decisions as you learn to follow Jesus.

Our worship is simple and meaningful, creating space to quiet the noise, refocus your heart, and reconnect with God.

Kids are welcome here. We want families to feel at ease, and we work hard to create safe, loving environments where kids are cared for and can begin learning about Jesus.

We LOVE kids!

When you arrive at the Senior Center, a volunteer in a pink vest will greet you and help with check-in. We provide childcare for children 6 months–3 years old in a safe and fun environment.

If your child is 3 and older, they are welcome to join you in worship! We believe the most powerful Jesus-influence in a child’s life comes from watching their parents engage in authentic worship, not a classroom lesson.

What if your kids make noise? Don’t worry—you’re in good company! Every Sunday you’ll hear little ones making joyful sounds (most of the time!). To help them stay engaged, we offer Bible-themed coloring sheets at the entrance. School-aged kids usually do great in our hour-long service, especially since part of that time is spent singing together!

First time at Fireside?
We’d love to meet you! After worship, head over to the table with the fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies and look for the volunteer in the pink vest. They’ll have a gift for you, help answer questions, and make sure you feel at home.

First Time FAQ

  • You’ll find people wearing everything from shorts to business casual. Wear whatever makes you the most comfortable!

  • We offer childcare for kids 6 weeks - 3 years old.

    Our background checked volunteers will make sure your kids have a safe and fun time, allowing you to fully worship in the main gathering.

    Just say “hi” to the person in the bright pink safety vest in lobby and they would be happy to get you checked in!

  • The Glenville Senior Center has a generous parking lot. Look for the signs!

  • Our worship gathering is typically an hour (10am-11am).

  • We put scripture on the screen, but we’d love to give you one for free.

  • Nope! Giving is for those who call Fireside home.
